We are a lamb processing facility that was created by families who have been a part of the sheep industry for generations and they include the Raftopoulos' from Craig, Colorado and the Rule's from Brush, Colorado. Construction of this facility was completed in 2020 and opened for operation in March of the same year. Our state-of-the-art facility is completely stainless-steel and is designed to harvest lambs humanely, safely, and efficiently.

The United States produces around 160,000 to 180,000 metric tons of lamb and mutton annually.
