Kevin graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Ag Business. After graduating he went to work for Monfort as a lamb buyer and wroked his way up and took over carcass sales and eventually operation manager. In 2018, Kevin came to Colorado Lamb Processors to work as the manager.
